If you're not happy with Study Stereo Plus, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your order date. This applies to monthly, yearly and Lifetime purchases, and to the first charge after a free trial.
Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt. You can also email matt@studystereo.com and we'll help.
When a refund is approved, Plus is removed from your account and any subscription is stopped, so you won't be charged again. Your free account and saved progress stay.
You can cancel any time from Manage billing on your account page. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. More details are in Paddle's refund policy.
